I had a very good experience today at my cleaning appointment. My hygienist was prompt and very delightful. Dr. Orr added her professional overview. The office manager was very helpful in explaining a plan for a patient without dental insurance to me. Happy Holidays
Today was the first day of service for me at Generations Family Dental Care. The practice was referred to my by a friend. I was very pleased with the professional aura that prevailed. As a new patient, time was taken with me, everything was explained. The contact with the insurance company was immediately made and I was given the amount that I would be responsible before service took place. The dentist has a very comforting approach and she took time explain her findings.
My latest visit I was told about some bone loss issues, and I’m confident that Dr. Orr and her capable staff will handle it. I don’t have anxiety before going to the dentist anymore, keep up the good work my GENERATIONS family 😁😁😁
