Don't bother to make convenient appointments six months in advance. They will call you a couple of weeks before (or sometimes the day before) to reschedule. This has happened to me more than once. Six months ago I scheduled cleaning appointments for the whole family on a day off from school. Perfect, right? They called this morning to reschedule!!!
