I made an appointment for six month cleaning. Took almost an hour just doing x-rays. I had to come back for the cleaning. The hygienist spent the time probing gum pockets. I didn't get my teeth cleaned as the hygienist just ran dental floss through. There was no treatment plan given to me, no offer to schedule the next 6 month appointment. I wrote a letter and the dentist called me. She was very appreciative that I made her aware of my experience, HOWEVER, she did not make an offer to have my teeth properly cleaned nor did s... read more

I really enjoyed my first experience at the Dental Care of Columbia and I recommend Caretta Jones if you need a good Dental Hygienists.
The staff is all friendly and knowledgeable! And they are great with patients of all age.I highly recommend them!
Carling was very kind and patient as I am not a huge fan of dentist offices. She took her time and was very pleasant making sure all went smoothly. I would very much recommend this team!
