Dr. Spencer, Melissa & Ashley were amazing! i have been coming to this office for almost 4 years and the one main reason why I come here is because the service and how everyone is caring and happy. I will also be getting my braces in the near future and here is where I will be for that service. Thanks
The experience and/or service provided today from assistant Junior was excellent. Dr. Spencer remembered my daughter and is very knowledgeable. Finally Jenny was very helpful and provided good customer service.
Its a pleasure coming to this dental office. Dr. Spencer and Sonia are incredible, very informative. Jenny was very friendly and professional, always willing and ready to assist. Office is always super clean and very kid friendly.
We always enjoy coming to this office. Dr. Spencer is very professional and takes the time to explain everything to you if there is an issue. The girls up front are always nice and always try to accommandate you if there is a problem with scheduling dates and times. Today our dental assistant Ms. Osleidy was nice. We live in Pembroke and we come here, that alone says it all. We love this office and the staff. Jenny and the staff up front always has a smile!!!!
When I first came in for an appointment Dr.Spencer saw me for an appointment and said I needed braces he was very nice he explained to me what and how am I gonna get them done.Then I went into Ms. Vilma's office and she was very nice and explained what I need to do in order for me to get braces and she was also very funny, Then I went to Ms.Ashley and she gave me my appointment and she was nice and gentle while she explained when I have my appointment. It was great.
Excellent service!! the orthodontist Dr. Spencer and his assistant Osleidy were great. and the front desk receptionist Ashley helped with our appointments. Would highly recommend!!!
My experience over the years has been without doubt awesome. I highly recommend Dental Care Group to any family.
