Great atmosphere excellent service From the moment we walked in to the moment we left . Great experience.
Dentist, assistants and office personnel are all very professional, caring and nice and knowledgeable. Issue is the high volume of patients at any time for only one dentist. Took the kids for a cleaning which was done fairly quickly but there was a line for x-rays about a 20minute wait then another 30 minute wait for the dentist to come by to review x-rays and cleaning for her assessment. almost an hour wait after completing a 15 minute cleaning is a lot for small children who are already anxious about being at the dentis... read more
Love this Dental office, the staff is very friendly and pleasant and hands on from the minute you walk in! Oh and super cute surfer theme office =)
Everything was on time which was great especially with a toddler. The setup was fun for our little one with other kids in the same room getting their teeth cleaner.
I had the 6 months check up appointment scheduled for my 3 children. I was then given a call by the dental office a week before appointment informing me that the dentist would not be available and would I be willing to reschedule which I gladly did. My husband took the three children in today. The wait for one of them was over an hour! He was told that my daughter had a cavity . The assistant who helped Addison had me shocked , she was great . I couldn't believe my daughter complied..
