Amazing staff super friendly and the dr was beyond sweet and gentle

In and out quick. My son had a small cavity fixed and didn't feel a thing. This time he was crying saying it hurts he is 5 years old. Different doctor from last time.
The wait was a little too long. The appt was at 10:30 and my daughter wasn't called in till almost 11:30. The hygienist was a bit rough as well. We arrived on time for her appt.

You cannot keep a toddler waiting forever just to get her teeth counted after cleaning. My daughter was hungry after her cleaning. I tried to distract her as best as I could but the wait was too long. I gave her a pretzel and when the dentist finally got to her she decided to publicly announce how I shouldn't have given her a cookie she just got a cleaning over and over. It wasn't a cookie. It was a pretzel. I was annoyed.
Lorena was wonderful and explained step by step the procedure as she was putting his braces. We did need to return within the hour because a blue cap that was placed on the back of his molar fell off. Another person assisted me quickly and off we went.
I loved how they made my daughter feel comfortable before starting her cleaning. This being her first time to the dentist is a big deal. She was left with a great impression about the dentist office.
