I was very pleased with all the personal and Dr. they were very careful and caring with my kids. Thank you
The dentist took forever to see patients. I was asked to come in early because my daughter wasn't seen in her last appt. because again the same dentist took forever and I had to go to work. Even though I was asked to come early I still wasn't seen until after my original appointment time. There were other parents upset because of the horrible wait.
My appointment was at 3. I came couple minutes before. At 3:15 when there was a patient called that arrived after me I asked the front desk why no one is calling my son. They gave me some explanation that didn't make sense. Was called inside couple minutes after that. The assistant cleaned my son's teeth and told me to wait for the dentist to check it. Love this place!!! Friendly staff and great service. Very kid friendly and there is no long wait. I highly recommend Dental Care Group Kids!
DR. MERIKAS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALSO KID FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINED EVERY ASPECT OF THE EXAM AS SHE WAS DIAGNOSING MY KIDS. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME MY KIDS HAVE LIKED A DENTIST APPOINTMENT AND VERY FOND OF THE STAFF. ALSO, HER ASSISTANTS WERE PHENOMENAL, ESPECIALLY SONIA WHO INTERACTED WITH MY 3 YEAR OLD, BEING THIS WAS HER FIRST APPT. SONIA WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND WAS ABLE TO CALM HER DOWN AND GET THROUGH WITH THE PROCESS. SHE WENT FROM CRYING HYSTERICALLY TO SMILING AND WANTING TO GIVE SONIA A HUG. 2 year old son is autistic has chipped tooh cavities was told at telephone apt all work would be done on premises a total lie wasted time and money referred to jack niclaus hosp which does not take my insurance total lack of humanitie and cust service
