Went to the er in September thinking I was having a stroke. When all the tests came back normal the last thing the doctor said to me was see your dentist. My dentist who I see faithfully every six months was away for two weeks so I called and went to Dental Care at Eldersburg Commons. I have avoided the dentist for a few years now because I had such a bad experience with office staff from another local dentist office...so I reluctantly made the call to book appts for my husband and I at a different dentist. From that first phone call to today has been such a 180 from the other office and I am so happy I made the switch. Dr Moon takes the time to check everything in order make the best plan of action. I usually have difficult/emergency dental issues. Dr. Moon tries to resolve them with saving my teeth at the least expense to me. Front desk is friendly and usually can get quick, convenient appointments.
I was apprehensive when Dr Knight left and while I do still and always will think he is a great dentist I have to say Dr Moon has been great. This was the first time I’d had a root canal done and had very little discomfort after. He worked very hard to save the tooth and the ladies at the front desk are amazing!
Friendly staff and my teeth look great! I had a wonderful experience. Will definitely return!
They were great with my 9 yr old son, who is very fearful of dentist. He said that they were so nice and he wanted to go back ! Thank you for helping him over come his fear!
