I have been going to this particular dentist since I was four or five years old, back when it was on the Silas Dean highway near the police station or about for 35 years ago. At this point it the longest relationship with a healthcare provider I have ever had. I've literally never had another dentist. I would definitely recommend them.
I was a new patient and a bit nervous about switching dentists, but Dr. Anthony DeFilippo made the transition seamless. He was very welcoming, communicative, and took the time to explain everything clearly as he placed a crown on my back tooth. The entire process went smoothly, and I truly felt cared for. I had my wisdom teeth removed earlier today by my original dentist. I called as I think my blood clot is falling out and was wondering if they would take any emergency check in and the receptionist’s rude response was “we’re walking out you should call your own dentist.” What do you think the first thing I did was? Obviously they are closed. That’s why I’m calling around…. to get help ASAP. Could’ve just said sorry no we’re closed instead of being so rude!
