Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Dr. Dvorak is the best! Any questions I have are always answered, and I always leave feeling confident that they fixed any problem I may have had. The office is very easy to locate, no trouble finding it at all. All the technicians and staff are friendly and both Dr. Dvorak and Dr. Polifko are very nice and easy to talk to.

Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen
