I have been coming to this office for quite some time now, and unfortunately there has not been a single visit for a routine cleaning where I haven’t experienced an issue. Whether it’s not being greeted upon arrival, waiting 40+ minutes past my appointment time, or most recently being told I would have to pay out of pocket for a cleaning, the experience has been consistently frustrating.
