In light of the violent and racist comments by one of their staff, it is easy to see how these business is itself racist as the owners refuse to take action other than requiring him to "educate himself". let's out it on context, the worker said in response to a protest image " F****ING animals, I would run them over". This is a threat of violence and the dental office decided to do nothing.
I have seen the racist post threatening to run people of color over and calling them animals by Michael Mills who is employed there. When brought to the offices attention, they disregarded his comments and made excuses for him.
Dr Ali, his team and their technology are all pretty awesome. I highly recommended him.
