Hi I think its fair that I leave a review for my experience. For starters I have dental anxiety i never go to the dentist. I am 37 and have only been to the dentist 2 days ago made 4 times in my entire life. I came to this dentist a few yrs ago and vowed to never go back after the dentist Dr was impatient, rude, rough, careless and had no sympathy to my anxiety. Dental associates of Florida in Bartow have always given me wonderful care at a fair price. I've been going here for several years and have never been disappointed in the care that I've been given. I also never felt like something was suggested unless it was truly needed. Great group of people!
Everyone was great! Especially liked Dr Wing. She was very nice and thorough. The office was very clean and seemed a happy workplace.
Everyone from the receptionists, to the hygienists, assistants and the doctor were absolutely amazing! So glad I chose them for my dental care!
I went in for my appointment to have an extraction only due to the oral pain that I was experiencing. My insurance allowed for my extraction at $0 out of pocket. The orthodontist came up with an additional service that she wanted to do which conveniently was not covered by my insurance. She failed to extract my tooth due to my refusal to pay her $80 out of pocket fees. It was not necessary at the time I only seeked relief for my oral pain. I am on a fixed income which is the reason for my no out of pocket insurance benefits.... read more
