The Reception suck! They never answer the phone. I needed a tooth extracted and they are picking up and hanging up. Isn't the point to book Clients, Retain, and Service clients. They won't be around long!

The worst possible front desk for a dentist !!!! The receptionist are extremely rude and disrespectful.The only rational person there is Rose the manager. I was sent to them by my dentist to do a post and crown and they have done nothing but waste my time from day one. It took them over 2 mths to get an approval from my insurance when I work for an orthodontist and know it only takes 2 weeks. I waited patiently and have come to every appointment on time.
