I went in for a cleaning and as a new resident in Erie. I was scared to open up about my dental care, as I am very insecure about my teeth. The dentist was very observant and Kind. Overall great experience! Every one was very kind here. I will definitely be coming back!
I DREADED going to the dentist due to anxiety and didn’t go for 5 years until I had a broken tooth abscess last year. I called Dental arts of Erie, never going there before and they got me in IMMEDIATELY even as a new client at the time. Since then, Dr. Theisen has done nothing but amazing work for my teeth, from fillings, to a crown, a tooth extraction, and now I will be starting Invisalign soon. I usually have slight dental anxiety and had sensitive teeth and gums. I usually hate even getting a cleaning because nobody is ever gentle and it feels like they scrape up my gums and it hurts. At my first appointment Dr. Theisen made me feel very comfortable, he wasn't judgmental at all, put me at ease and the cleaning didn't hurt. Dr Tim is the gentlest dentist I have been to. He explains everything. And I have had mosquito bites hurt more.
5/5 recommend. I have went to two other offices in Erie before I found Dental Arts of Erie. I was told by a previous dentist that I would need a root canal and crown done on a tooth that only ended up needing a filling replaced, that alone should tell you that a second opinion could end up saving you thousands of dollars with one tooth alone.
