Amazing staff and treat you like family

Dr. Tim is the man, hands down, no other way of putting it. He’s super down to earth, personable, laid back, and goes above and beyond to help you. In a world where everything is so impersonal, where providers and dentists have a short amount of time or are all about the $$$ Dr. Tim feels like the opposite. Absolute hack!! When I complained about his work he called the police and said I threatened him. Stay away!!!!
Dr Theisen not only went over and above helping me out today with a troubled tooth, he also fit me in to his schedule to do so, and his staff even stayed late with him. I will be forever grateful for all he and they did today, including the fun conversation, great music, and an absolutely wonderful atmosphere throughout the entire office. Erie is lucky to have them as a dental option!!!!
