I have never been treated so poorly by a healthcare practice in all my life. As someone who has worked in the industry for years, I am appalled. I have been a patient of this practice for years. I have always loved both Dr. C and Dr. L and my tech is amazing. That is where it ends. Sabrina (front desk) and Andrew (Office Manager) are two of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Several years ago when the practice attempted to verify my insurance they were unable to do so. I paid in full despite my being able to show my benefit eligibility. Two days later I received a full refund and an apology from the lady at checkout who told me that if this should happen again they would bill me. Fast forward to this week and to my surprise they are unable to verify my BCBS. They once again require me to pay in full despite my having been a patient for years, being able to show my eligibility on my phone, etc... Andrew was extremely rude about the entire situation. Dr
