I was scheduled for a cleaning at Tower Dental on 1-14-14. When I arrived the staff were very courteous and helpful. The check in process was smooth and easy. I didn't have to wait long before the hygienist took me back to the room. Tricia was very friendly and explained every step of the process from the xrays to findings. My first visit to a dentist since moving to Florida last summer was a great experience. The hygenists a nd the dentist were very nice as well as very thorough. I have some teeth that need help and I am looking forward to getting it all finished.
Got a crown by Dr. Maria Samarkos. It was the best experience I ever had getting a crown, and I've had 5 done previously.
Everyone is always friendly and professional. I have never waited more than 2 minutes for my appointments. The dentists and staff genuinely care about your health and value your business.
Very friendly and professional office from the front desk to the techs and dentists. They present a plan of action to get your teeth in the best condition possible, but at the same time let you decide what and when you want to do the work! No pressure or crazy prices and they help you see what your insurance will cover and what you will need to pay so there are no suprises! My family went through quite a few dentists until we found Tower Dental Associates...they will be our dentists for life!
I love to go to the dentist - wonderful care, a pleasant experience and I leave feeling like $1,000,000 bucks. Doesn't cost me that much, though - or anywhere near that!
