Every thing was great.
Everyone is always so helpful and friendly and they are attentive to all of your needs.
My son and I went in for our 6 month cleaning. He needed a tooth pulled and the dentist had availability shortly after our appointment. Dr. Z was great!!
Love my hygienist! And the girl who did my whitening trays. They took very good care of me. Was very disappointed when I took the time to look at the break down of my bill. It was the price I was quoted. And I paid it. But if I would of known the itemized price of the oral B genius toothbrush (not sure why I need a toothbrush that connects to my phone!!!!?????)(and I didn’t get the receipt til after it was paid for!) No issues, all were friendly and very helpful. I had to be out by a certain time and they made sure I was.
The women who work on me are just fabulous! Knowledgeable & so friendly. Missy is just out of this world & never forgets who I am & what’s going on in my life. How do they remember all the patients?? It is like no other dental experience I’ve ever had in my 60 years!
I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and was taken back immediately. The hygienist was very polite, friendly and professional. She explained what she was going to do and was very efficient.
Dr. Augustine thoroughly explained my treatment options and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. The assistants are friendly and knowledgable. Would recommend Dental Excellence to anyone!
