Dr. Joy is amazing!! She taught me SO MUCH about hygiene & every day care that I've never been taught before. She was so patient to make sure I actually understood everything. My sensitivity & gingivitis is significantly less & she helped me with my permanent retainer. I also have a 6-month-old & she was more than accommodating. I felt so comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares
We loved our experience at Dental Alternative Services with Ms. Joy! She took extended time with all three of my children especially my youngest who has great anxiety with dentists. Ms. Joy had some special treasures for him to help calm his anxieties. She spent time with all three children explaining what she was doing, how they can have better dental habits, and personally getting to know each of them. My youngest son recently expressed positive feelings about going back to see Ms. Joy.
I called Saturday needing help with my wire that came out of my bracket, although I am not a patient at this office she told me to come in to see if they could help! I was able to get it fixed but this lady was so nice and willingly to help me on a Saturday and even though I'm not a patient there!!!! Your awesome. Thank you.
