The staff was friendly and super helpful. They got me in immediately knowing I was in pain. Dr was friendly and informative. They came up with several options for my tooth as well as the financial options. I have alreday recommended this practice to friends and family (and my visit was yesterday)!

Dr Hayes is absolutely top notch!!! The entire staff was courteous and caring. The most fun I've ever had in a dental office!! Very professional but also relaxing. Hygienist was always making sure I was comfortable while making me feel as though I was with an old friend. Advanced Dental Concepts gets 5 stars from me. They are deserving of more than 5 but that was as high as I could rate them!!!!! Thank you doctor Hayes and staff.......you actually made me excited to go to the dentist again!!!!!!

Jackie and Sally did a great job on my cleaning. They made suggestions about brushing and made my 6 month appointment all at the same time. When I checked out, Shanna was very helpful with the paperwork and confirmed my next appointment. thanks!
I never thought I would say this, but, I actually enjoy going to the Dentist office. Dr. Hayes is great and the staff is friendly and courteous. Add the fact that you can have teeth whitening for life if you visit regularly, and it's a no brainer. Not only will your teeth be in good shape, they'll be white too!

My appointment on Sept, 9th 2015 was satisfactory! I had my teeth cleaned by Allison. Allison is very caring and professional. She makes you feel comfortable and is always asking if you're ok. I am happy seeing Allison and having her clean my teeth every 6 months. Thank you Allison for your great customer service skills.
