Very respectful and professional especially at times when I've needed them to be. Had MD's call me at home to follow up on my progress even days after I was seen. Staff was and continues to be accessible.
Everyone was nice, the rooms were not to great. It was super hot and very uncomfortable, they need to get the fans fixed in the room. Best part was I had a shower in my room.
