Too long a wait. I had to make preparations for a funeral and I needed to get done faster...
Spent 3 hours at the dental clinic for my grandson to get 1 cavity filled. Overbooking, too many people not getting treatment, no place to sit. Need to limit number of people accompanying patient! The female dentist sucks! Could hardly understand her. She started drilling before giving the shot to numb the area, then when I mentioned it she gave him the shot. WILL NOT GO BACK!
I was in and out within 45 min. The staff was very nice. Dr. Cook is awesome.
First of all they are awfully loud the building is too cold and they're rude obnoxious unprofessional and I did not see a doctor I saw a a physician assistant in psychology
Go to their dental clinic to get a broken tooth taken care of. All I got was a filling in another tooth. And then told I'll have to go to another dentist to get a crown on the broken tooth. Then they refer me to a dentist that doesn't even take my medi-cal. Really what's the use? Refer a medi-cal patient to a dentist that doesn't take medi-cal? No help at all. Well usually I dont like the wait here but I changed who I seen and she is really good at what she does Dr. Keeter thanks for helping me when I need it!!!
This is an absolute joke of a place to receive health care. Unprofessional, unsympathetic and physicians needing to Google treatment plans! Appointments mean absolutely nothing. Been waiting an hour after my appointment time and I will be rushing to get to get to work on time. Pissed!
