I had a bad experience with this office. My insurance referred me to this place and they were not able to see my information and I waited for an hour. After that they did my x's rays and the doctor just started telling another girl what do I need but she never explained to me anything regarding my situation. I have to take my son with me that day and they did not let him to sit anywhere else besides the waiting room but he is little to let him there so we waited for another hour inside. I have been to many dentists and I have to say that Dr Seth and her staff are very helpful and friendly. The dr is very gentle and fast and very good. I recently chipped my front tooth and was in a lot of pain and she had to do a root canal and a cap on the tooth. The root canal was painless and the cap looks like my tooth. Definitely recommend going to this office

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, my bridge does not match my teeth color doctor is a quack damaged my mothers gums even though my mother had been a patient for over 10 years re billed me for work I had completely paid for and she hadn't completed it. Her staff loves to play phone tag. Never get an answer when you call save your time and money.

Dr is very professional and explained my problem to me very clearly. Did not have any problems scheduling an appointment. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful

The dr and staff are very helpful and friendly. The dr was able to relieve my toothache the same day and was very gentle. Office is very nice and clean

Yesterday i had am emergency problem with a tooth. My previously denin had performed two crowns next to each other. I call early Saturday to see if she could see me to relieve the excruciating pain i had suffered all night. Her office was beautiful and welcoming. She said that my crowns were not put in correctly and there was a gap between the two leaving space for infection. She adjusted my crowns and assisted my painful tooth with ease. Very caring and compassionate. Shes my new dentist

Dr. Seth is super professional and caring and very thorough. The staff are super respectful and try their hardest to work with my schedule. I myself was very terrified of the dentist but coming to her made me see the dentistry world in a very positive way. My 16 month old son saw her for his first year check up and he did perfectly fine, Dr. Seth was sooo patient with him and her staff were just amazing so kind. Dentist is just too busy, they should not get new patients. I had to wait 1 week to get an appointment and take time off from work because that was the soonest they had. I was 15min late and they told me I had to re-schedule and I had to wait now 3 weeks for an appointment. I was upset, I asked if I was in pain than I had to wait until they had appointments and the receptionist say yes. They were very busy. In my opinion your family dentist should accommodate to the needs of the patient.

So far still waiting to be called. Receptionists not so friendly. Alejandra lost my appt. that I made 1 month ago. Wait time so far 30 min. Will see how dentist is. Heard good reviews of this place. First impression not so great.
