The team was very knowledgeable and friendly, from my very first phone call to book the appointment. They were willing to take the time to answer any questions and thoroughly explain solutions to any problems I mentioned. They will review charts and insurance quotes with you to help you understand them and explore your best options. Very gentle approach to a root canal. Dr. Melfi is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. He makes me feel very comfortable which is not an easy thing to do. Highly recommend
Dr. Melfi takes the time to review my case with me...I don't feel rushed and I have a good understanding of the process while under his care. He also has a wonderful office staff.
Excellent service. Dr. Melfi is great; he is willing to explain everything that is going on. The office staff is also to be commended. They are very pleasant and willing to answer any questions that I have.
Dr Melfi was very efficient in fixing the cap that was loose. He always explains everything to you so you feel comfortable. My dad is now going to be a patient there as well.
