Excellent customer service. Affordable. Repaired my dent in less than an hour! My car looks amazing. Highly recommend!
Was very professional and made sure i was happy with the results on the repairs. Very knowledgeable and patient guy and would definitely recommend again.
Communication is lacking with this business. Had a confirmed appointment and after 20 minutes no show called and “something came up” even tho we could see they read our text an hour prior to the appointment (tip: turn the read receipts off). He admitted he should have texted. The good thing about owning your own business is that you can manage your schedule as you want. Success is when you communicate with your customers. We did have great hopes for this project on our little car, will have to look for another company.
We have a used car dealership and after trying countless paintless dent repair companies, we are extremely fortunate to be able to use Dent Werx exclusively. Price, speed and quality of repairs CANNOT be beat. Kevin is an honest and true PDR professional that doesn’t mind you watching as he makes your vehicle look brand new!
