Had an oil change, tire rotation and new air filter. They left me sitting there longer than they should have and didn't charge me anything. They are always polite and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Unlike my husband who sits at DePaula for hours and still doesn't get his vehicle fixed. Not once or twice but three times. He does however get free candy lol.
I will never buy another car from them. I bought my car brand new and have nothing but issues with my equinox. To now having them have my car for days, being told it was one thing having that fixed to be told there was nothing wrong with what they fixed. To now being told that they don't know what's wrong but they called GM and they say it could be this. Oh and wait it will be 1,200.00 But we don't know if this will fix the problem.
