I was on a return trip from MSP to Iowa when I had to stop at a store close to the Bakery. I happened to see the sign and decided to stop in as I had never been to the store before and at 4pm on Tuesday (25) a couple of donuts sounded good. The smell was wonderful as I entered the store and the cashier was smiling and very polite (2 outstanding qualities). I ordered 2 donuts and ate them on my trip. There were absolutley delicious and I know I will be stopping back on my return trips to Minnesota.
I ordered 2 dozen assorted donuts and picked them up yesterday. Nearly all were hard...especially the cake donuts. I just called the store to provide feedback and was offered an apology but no refund. I was offered 1 dozen free donuts, but explained that the drive was not worth a dozen donuts (and we needed them for an event, doesn't do me any good now). For a large bakery, with typically glowing reviews, I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service. You've lost a good customer.

Very good baked goods. I come in from farmington mn every couple weeks to pick up very fresh and tasty goods.Counter sales girls are very nice. Bakery always smell so good and is very neat and clean. Have recommended to alot of my friends1. See you this week.....
