We had a fantastic experience with Morgan Grimes on the Denny Grimes Team! She and her helpers made selling our father's home out of state so easy. We live in Indiana and could only come down to help clean everything out... so we needed extra eyes and hands for a few other things during the selling process. (No keys to the house! I would never use Morgan Grimes or Denny Grimes again. I sold and bought a home with Morgan and received nothing! $950k worth of real estate and all I got was a preprinted thank you card from their office. What a joke! Morgan also got a 3rd leg off the deal, because the people I purchased the home from, ended up buying one of her listings. Never in my life have I had a realtor that did not make some sort of thank you gesture. I brought the matter to Denny Grimes' attention, and he did nothing to rectify the situation. Morgan and the Team were a pleasure to work with from listing to closing. From the start Morgan was upfront and honest with what the current market looked like (no candy coating) and set realistic expectations with a clear strategy to get my property sold promptly.
