Tony from Denny Grimes was a pleasure to work with. My Cape Coral home had multiple showings, was under to contract in 8 days and closed in about a month. It was a dream come true as I was hoping for a quick sale. BTW they handled my purchase of that same home 5 years ago. Highly recommend.
