My husband and I were treated wonderfully by the entire staff at Denny's! I would recommend them to anyone and will return to do future business with them!
My wife and I have wanted a suburban for a while now and had 2 ok vehicles that were by no means perfect and not so good credit. Charlie and Denny gave me more than what my car was worth and treated me very fairly on the trade value of my tahoe. Charlie spent the majority of the day getting the numbers where I wanted them to be so I could afford the payments. 10/10 would purchase from them again!
Was told the truck i was going to look at was in great condition and ran perfect. Drove 7+ hours to look at. The first thing i noticed was the heat wasn’t working. It was also the dead of winter in negative degree weather. I wasnt going to let that be the deal breaker and drove it home anyways. I decided to stop half way back and stay at a hotel for the night. Let me preface this by saying that I am a dealer! I bought a 15 Subaru WRX STi that they had listed on an online auction site. The vehicle was described as perfect to me by Denny Dotson and the listing, from which I purchased the car, listed the car as NO DAMAGE. The car gets to the auction where I was to pick it up from and the Front Bumper Cover was cracked which the auction notified me, and upon getting it home the passenger rear trim molding was missing and there was damage to the lower body molding. My husband and I were looking to get a Cadillac CTS-V and, to be honest, were hesitant to even look at this one since it was at a dealer (we haven't had great experiences with dealers on this search!) They made it so easy and painless; I kept thinking there has to be something else, it's only been like 15 minutes - did he just say we're done?! When we're ready for another toy, we'll definitely be going back! Thanks y'all for making this so easy! The ride back to Michigan was a lot of fun!
