I met with Dr Alter. He gave me options other than a scope that may or may not help my knee. A replacement is needed down the road but for now I do have other options. Dr Alter is kind and listened to my questions and asked me others to see what was best for me at this time.
Great experience and great doctor and a really friendly and welcoming staff.
It was a busy day and it took me an hour and a half to see the doctor. Non the less, Dr Alter went above and beyond his duties to calm my worries by consulting with his colleague to address another existing problem inorder to get to the best possible decision. I left satisfied that he had my best interest at heart.
Have had a very good experience with Dr. Alter. He listens, is kind and compassionate and demonstrated skill that is appreciated.
