Dr Alter, Emily, and the entire staff, are all knowledgeable, caring, good listeners, informative, and kind. What a treasure to have happened upon this office.
Staff is very kind and professional. Dr. Alter is patient, listens well to all concerns, and explains everything very well.
So I had bad experience with Knee replacement, not from surgeon, he was phenomenal. His helpers were not. But I’m reviewing….. Dr Denis Alter…… Dr Alter was Phenomenal from beginning to the end. Everyone from front desk, appointment setters, PA’s nurses, techs were all above and beyond. When I called to ask dumb questions they responded. Did they prepare you for upcoming surgery.. yes they did.. post op.. omg yes they did.. if anyone would like to have their surgery with Dr D. Alter..
