Hands down, the best decision for my wife’s an I first time home buying was hiring Dennis. He’s very honest, helpful, informative, and easy to work with. We felt very comfortable going through this entire process with Dennis, despite this being our very first time buying a house. Dennis was there for every step, giving a helpful hand!

Dennis is great to work with! Throughout the process, from beginning to closing, Dennis was always very responsive, answered all of my questions, and is very knowledgeable about the process and the Chattanooga area. He was especially helpful with every step of the process and persistently worked on our behalf from start to finish. Very friendly, personable, and keeps what can feel like a daunting process fun! Enjoyed working with him and would do so again!

After looking at about 30 houses in a span of a few weeks(our fault cause we're picky), Dennis helped us find the house of our dreams. He was incredibly patient, charismatic, observant, and always willing to hear us out. Some of the places we looked at were in no man's land, but he never complained once and just pushed us to the next one. We appreciate the work he's done and how easy he made the whole process. You could not ask for a better man for the job for your home searching.
