Dr Katechis has been treating my husband since a year now. We have never met such a caring and dedicated doctor!
In addition to be unhelpful and uncaring...AFTER they promised to send me the details I needed and apologized profusely...once again..I NEVER GOT WHAT I NEEDED NOR DO THEY RETURN CALLS. THEY JUST SUCK...simple
Dr Ketechis treated my mother for decades and I never met a Moore caring doctor.
My father has been a patient of Dr. Katechis for the last 8 years and our only regret is that we were not referred to him sooner. Throughout this time Dr. Katechis has done the impossible to ensure we got the healthiest version of my father and his children and grandchildren are forever grateful. There is no doubt that Dr. Katechis is knowledgeable in his area of expertise and any patient will quickly recognize his strengths but what I most appreciate is his passion and level of accountability in showing up for his patients.... read more
Visit was fine but the terribly poor follow up , lack of returning of calls, empty promises from his terrible office staff has made using him impossible...I have even left messages for the doctor that went unreturned....He promised me the Stars and all I got was an asteroid...moving on as I give up!

I am a physician myself and am being treated by Dr Katechis for several years now due to mitral valve insufficiency which ultimately required open heart surgery and repair by a Cardiothoracic surgeon. Dr KATECHIS skillfully diagnosed the severity of my condition, supervised treatment of my endocarditis, referred me to a Center if Excellence for mitral valve surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City, and has been monitoring my recovery. He is knowledgeable, effective, abd empathetic.
Of all of my doctors, (and I have a few) Dr. Katechis is the best for spending time, explaining health matters, listening to my questions and really caring for his patients. Who else, after a full work day, would spend a good part of his evening, calling his patients with lab and test results?
Wonderful bedside manner Brilliant diagnostician. Does not rush you. Takes very personal interest . Listens to you very carefully
