Dennis Hyundai, did a great job working with us. The only downside was after telling me they check oil, brakes and everything. I had to replace brakes after 2 weeks. Should go over used cars little better.
Our salesman Cam was very helpful. Gave us the time to just peruse the lot to see just what we really wanted in a vehicle. When we had it narrowed down and test drove the Sante Fe Limited, He found the color we preferred and it was ready for us the following day. Would definitely come back for future vehicles.
People in the service department were great! The salesmen are very knowledgeable with great customer service as well!
I’ve purchased 3 Hyundai from Dennis, and I’ve had an awesome experience with this dealer each time... I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, and on June 24, 2019 my SUV went into a limp mode I was initially concerned, and was directed to have it towed into the dealer I had a great service advisor who told me everything would be taken care of, and under warranty I was given a brand new Hyundai Sonata to drive while the repair work was done, and my SUV was finished and back home in less than a week... Cameron Ladd was very helpful. Even though I was just looking at an inexpensive used vehicle, he took the time to try to make the deal work at a payment that I was comfortable with. It didn't work out, but he was just as kind and courteous as if it had.
They are always top notch!
