I’m not sure how our review was taken down from a deal Dennis was the listing agent on. I wanted to make sure clients stayed informed. Dennis lacks any integrity.and is very good at manipulating an inspection report to work in his favor.. He would run over a kitten to obtain even a small commission on a sale.
Inexcusable property management. Bad negotiator, no communication, untrustworthy. Extremely disappointed in him. In all reality, you had no concept of the situation, to take the unprofessional route was poor judgement on your part, and totally unacceptable for the damage you did. Totally unacceptable to defraud a contract without any hesitation on your part. You damaged a persons life forever. You have to live with it. Keeping a deposit for no apparent reason is fraud.
