I have been your patient for some twenty odd years and, with only one exception, am very pleased with the total performance., I am a prompt person and, to my recollection, have never been late for one of your appointments. However, you are never ready for me and invariably I wait at least ten minutes, usually longer. from my appointment time until I'm ushered in.
