RecommendedWent in looking for a new to me car. Reggie was more than helpful. Not just a great salesman, but also a genuine person. He was very understanding of where the budget was and not trying to push me into something more expensive. Reggie along with Bo (sorry if that’s spelled wrong) made the time spent there worth it. Dishonest unpatriotic dealership. Take your money and business elsewhere. I am.
We set up an appointment to bring in our RV. They had the RV for over 2 weeks and they never got around to working on it. I was repeatedly advised they would get to in a few days. I picked it up and brought it elsewhere. I've since learned of a couple other RV owners who have been treated the same way. I won't go back.
Place is a joke. Have a good deal on a vehicle, Fly in accross country to pick your vehicle up. They make you wait half a day to get paperwork done, then once home they don't want to send you your title paperwork. Please people pay little more and go to Laura GMC in St Louis
First of all. We were on vacation from Lake Havasu, Arizona when all of a sudden our motor home just died. We were towing a vehicle, plus we had 2 small dogs. Called triple A and they dispatched a tow truck. The tow truck driver along with his boss Mike were able to get us someone to work on the motor home. Mike called 4 different ones. Did everything they said they would do and saved me thousands.
Horrible service department. I would not recommend buying a car here and definitely would not buy the extended warranty protection. What a waste of money. The service department misdiagnosed my car and then convinced me to still let them work on my car when they did figure out what the problem was. It was the rear main seal which they replaced in December and I recently took it to have the oil change by my personal mechanic and the rear main seal is now leaking again so less than eight months on the repair and I'm going to h... read more
