Called about getting a software update for my car. They said the only way to find out if there was one available was to bring it in. (After originally telling me all they needed was the VIN). Made the 120 mile trip to Boise. Arrived to find out my appointment was never scheduled. It took them two hours before they even got in my car in. They had it in the shop for maybe 15 minutes and then came out and said there were no updates available. I would say NO stars at this business. Debbie and Rob are rude, unprofessional and dishonest. They will sell you a vehicle marked up in price and not even bother to advise the consumer of their options for insurance coverage. When an accident occurs or there’s a dispute over value...you’ll encounter ignorance and zero accountability. Their “in house” financing is misguided and misleading. Sad, unprofessional and borderlines a scam for those in our community in vulnerable positions. Buyers beware.�
Found a great price on an awesome GMC SLT Z71 1500 truck. Flew up from Vegas to purchase. Jake was awesome to work with and even picked me up at the airport. Everybody was great no high pressure stuff. Got everything signed and away I went. Love the truck and will definitely recommend Jake and the Dillion dealership to others. You know it was an awesome price if I flew there to purchase!!!
