I was referred to them by DD RV Sales last month for a Safety check (fluid levels, tires, etc) before I left on a trip. Was told it wouldn't take long for this appt. and they start at 8am. I parked in their service line as instructed the night before (I was 2nd in line). When I didnt hear from them by 10am, I called and was told it was being worked on. This was our second stop of the day. It was ungodly hot outside and Tye quickly ushered us inside and asked what he could do for us today. I told him we were here to buy a truck! He was able to quickly take care of us and get us into our new GMC Canyon. While we did have to wait a bit for the finance guy it was worth it. He answered all of our questions and was extremely patient even though it was way past closing time. Tye hung around till the very end and shook our hands and thanked us again for coming out. Went in Saturday to look a ram not expecting to purchase anything. Went on a test drive and fell in love with my new 2014 Ram. The process was so simple, easy, and was fast. If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle i would recommend going here and be sure to ask for Robin Holstad. She was awesome! Not one of those pushy sales people that you come across at most other dealerships. She was extremely patient and helpful though the whole process.
