It was absolutely a pleasurable process purchasing a nice reliable vehicle from Dennis Hyundai East. My salesperson, Sarah, went above and beyond to make sure that our car was the absolute best deal and that it was spotless inside and out. Also, I noticed my tail light was out the night of the purchase. I took it back the next day they fixed it with no problem. I would refer the lot to anyone. Great people, great purchase, great paragon of excellence.

I went with my mother for her to purchase a new Hyundai Tucson. The decision was made after going to 3 dealerships, that Matthew Ferguson was who she was comfortable with. I’ve been in the car business for almost 20 years and I can say that Matthew was very knowledgeable about his inventory and a great trustworthy salesman.

I love my car and it is a used car. The car was losing air in the tires and they agreed to fix it, when I purchased my vehicle. I have taken the car back 4 times (3 hour round trip) and they keep telling me it’s fixed. Car still losing air and they say it’s temperatures. Just had new tires put on and found out 2 rims are bent. Called Dennis Hyundai, was also Dennis Kia, and they aren’t fixing, said it’s been too long (10 months).
