I enjoyed working with Dr. Kessler.I had a X-ray & waited less than 5 min. before Dr. Kessler entered the room. He was professional & friendly.He examined my foot & then asked me to come look at the X-ray results on the computer in the hallway.He proceeded to advise that I had Hallux Rigidus (Stiff Big Toe) and a bone spur on the top of my foot.Most treatments were short term & probably wouldn't work.Surgery was mentioned but not pushed. He wanted me to be confident in my decision.
Dr. Kessler has helped me a lot with different injuries over the years. He is always kind and friendly and really wants the best for his patients. His staff is amazing (Jennifer and Christina) and they are always efficient and friendly. I would strongly recommend him to anyone!!
Will never go to him again. He did an ok job at explaining injury, but staff put me in such a tight cast I ended up having to get it cut off at the ER two hours later. When asked to see another doctor at the same clinic of over 250 doctors, I was denied and forced back. Extremely upset with his staff and him. I called to complain and received radio silence.
Did an excellent job of repairing an open fracture of my wife's right arm, far away from his normal practice of pediatric podiatry, which says much about his skill sets. He's easy going, through in explanations, and reassuring to the patient. Treats his staff with dignity and respect, as he does his patients. Is patient listening to client's recount of information they think may be of help to him, explains why or why not this information is useful to him. Most excellent in his work.
First time at Dr's office/ met Dr- had calming voice- identified problem and what was needed . Very impressed and pleased with him and nursing staff.
