They work you like a slave for minimum wage. Ps.. you have to wear company shirts only when you work there, which hundreds of people do. (Comes out of your pocket)

I've put over 5k in work for drainage issues into my backyard. Although my next job is supposed to cost me around an additional 2k. Which will put me 7k into my backyard. Ill have to wait to fix the rest. I have been working with Lars since the very beginning. I wouldn't work with anyone else. He makes me feel comfortable and makes me feel like he has our backs
