I just had a terrible experience with your online ordering for the Bridgeport location & am extremely disappointed. I received a call yesterday that my order could be picked up anytime after noon today. I show up & I’m given my bag. I ordered 2 plants (philodendron squamiferum & Hoya densifolia) & only 1 plant was in there (the philodendron). RecommendedI visited SW Butner location. Very safe set up for COVID-19 but most of all I was impressed with their amazing customer service. I bought a cactus and a pot as a gift and they re-potted it for me (opening a new bag of special soil and everything). I also loved that I was shopping ‘local’ too.

so much debris build up from lazy workers using blower and not picking up what they blow to fences. 8 years of service and new owners we are disgusted. Now I have to clean up the mess. we'll definitely be looking for a other landscaper!

Ordered herbs for my garden and bags of soil via email... called to confirm my order and picked them up the same day. They did a great job. Given the current situation I really appreciated a no contact delivery right to my car.
We had a big project in our back yard that include stone steps, 2 patios (one flagstone and one pavers), and outdoor lights. Lars came out promptly and walked our yard with us to see what we needed done. He had awesome suggestions and was receptive to our ideas. The foreman for the job, Kelly, was great. He and his team kept us apprised of timing and progress on our job. The yard was cleaned up every day when they left and we could not be happier with the job when it was done.
Have gone the second mile with us for several mom’s days now while we lived in the Midwest. SO appreciative! Now we are back home and are supporting them as much as we can. A great establishment and staff.
This company has been handling our sprinkler system for 11 years. They take care of sending the backflow test to the city. They are customer friendly and will help you anyway they can. LOVE THEM!
I went to the Terrarium Workshop today and it was a fun and informative experience. The instructor was wonderful and my terrarium is beautiful. I can’t wait to take more classes. I highly recommend!
