I recently visited Dr. Engelman for some elective treatments as well as to have a clogged oil gland on my face removed. She was patient and thorough in her examination and explanation my treatment options. The entire process was timely, professional and I would not go anywhere else.
She's the best. Very friendly, attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. She checked my skin for anything potentially suspicious, and then thoroughly explained elective treatment options I asked about. The support staff (PA, I think) followed suit. Front desk staff was businesslike and perhaps could show a bit more warmth.
Dr. Engelman is knowledge, and warm. She spent a good amount of time answering my questions, and provided three possible solutions for my problem areas.

Dr. Engelman is accessible, which can be rare, especially for someone at the top of her profession. I am quite happy with Dr. Engelman.
Dr. Engelman is the sweetest, most compassionate physician. I wasn't sure what to expect going in to see her. I wanted a doctor I could be honest with regarding my expectations with acne treatment, as well as cosmetic procedures I was interested in. I didn't wait too long in her office and then when I saw her, she was fantastic. She listened to all my concerns and addressed each one. I didn't feel rushed. The cosmetic work she did on me turned out so beautiful and natural. She is a true gem!

I have had multiple skin cancers removed by Dr Engelman. She did an excellent job each and every time. I did get an infection once and she help me clear it up. My incision sites are practically unnoticeable. I have already sent many people to see Dr Engelman and Dr Serure.
Professional, confident in her diagnosis and I felt I was in excellent care.
