Unprofessional, disorganized, and downright frustrating. Avoid this place if you value your time, your privacy, or your health. I was referred here for an ankle injury that’s been causing throbbing pain. I called to schedule an appointment and someone took all my personal and insurance information, then gave me a date and time for the following week (today, at 2:30PM). VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and arrogant. Save your time and money. Despite my requests, he refused to wear a mask claiming he was vaccinated as if all the varients & mutations that the vaccines have no effect on don't matter to him. Even if the vaccines did eliminate the effects of Covid, out of respect to my request, he should have just put a mask on.
