Closed with Denali Title and the whole team was very helpful, professional and kept us informed through the whole closing process. Everyone was just awesome!
Denali was extremely slow in providing the closing paperwork. Even though their own documents recommended a 3-day window for wire transfers, I did not receive the buyers closing statement until 24 hours prior to close. I would not recommend this title company.
