I received a bill 8/31/25 for the entirety of the bill, which I then contacted them 9/2026 letting them know that they received a payment on 8/22 for $200 and the remaining balance needed to be billed to my secondary insurance. Provided them that information never received another thing and got a text message from a collection agency telling me I owed $800 plus interest. Sent a letter threatening to send me to collections over an already paid bill. This place needs to be shut down.
I went to the ER for a nose bleed and then received a bill and diagnosis for tobacco dependency eventhough I don't smoke. They also put down the wrong address so I didn't receive a bill until it was going to collections. I called the hospital and told them about the miss diagnosis, the lady on the phone told me this happens all the time and that the doctors do this all the time and will not correct it.
Total scam. Throws bills at you with no explanation. They never pick up the phone. No way to contact them whatsoever to update medical insurance information. Read all the reviews here, and also search online for more information.
I am supervisor over the coding compliance department for the Defense Health Agency. I am seeing multiple complaints of possible abuse/fraud. My father has VA insurance and was also sent a bill from collections without any warning. I advise anyone who has bills that should be covered by insurance, report them.
