I was just reflecting on my home buying experience in Austin when I bought a luxury condo in Austin through Bailey Tipps of DEN. I feel duped. Nothing about the property has been as promised. Even the fast followups which were contractually obligated to me were ignored by their team. And in the end it turns out the build of the unit itself was quite cheap, too. Bailey had no problem playing it up, being generally dishonest about the property offerings, and telling a couple little lies about other interest to up the pressure.... read more
