I’ve been going to them for over ? 25+ yrs... When it comes to my jewelry - I have to have someone who I trust ...quality... workmanship .. and is reasonably priced. I appreciate the jeweler is on site, and is available to discuss my needs. They have some unique pieces. I encouraged you, if you’re looking for a great jeweler that has all those qualities I encouraged you to visit them. The repairs are excellent, great job. I got lucky finding them back when they were at boozer shopping center, been with them ever sense!
Dems is amazing!! They fixed my wedding ring which had multiple cracks in the band from getting caught in a cruise ship door. I was amazed by the quality of work and price, as no one could beat their pricing. I willl definately come here for my 25th year anniversary band! Great service too!!
I brought in my wedding rings that were damaged. Dems brought them back to life by repairing, cleaning and redipped. They were very affordable, knowledgeable and fast. I will use them again and buy from them.
Bought my Tag watch here. Later, when my daughter accidentally popped the chain on a friend’s necklace, I went to Dems for repair. The sales associate took my necklace to the back for the jeweler to fix. She came back and said that it couldn’t be fixed. I didn’t believe her so I took it to one of those chain jewelry stores in the mall. They fixed it quickly and with no problems. Dems just didn’t want to take the time to fix it, so I was lied to. I would recommend Dems Fine Jewelers to my family and friends. I went into the store to have some links taken out of my watch band. Suzy was very friendly and helpful. She even cleaned and checked my engagement ring which my fiancé purchased at Dems.
I have been a customer of Dems for over 3o years. Their personnel are always most helpful. Not pushy. They do their best to please the customer and never try to sell you more than your budget allows.
