Great folks! I ordered a 25th anniversary band for my wife and there was a small problem with it. I worked with Miss Carol who told me it would take a little time but it would be fixed at no charge. That's what they said, that's what they did! Refreshing to work with a company that does what they say these days. I will be back in the future. Oh, and my wife loves the ring!

I stopped by to have my jewelry cleaned and checked for loose stones. I think it was Suzy that helped me and oh my! What service she delivered! We bought my wedding band from them and they are always pleasant and happy no matter how big or small the purchase.

I came into Dems, met Connie told her I was in town for a visit and that I was trying to get my rings repaired but the original purchase store was closed. Connie took my ring to get repaired and cleaned right on the spot, all free of charge! These ladies were GREAT! Now I can go back to Abu Dhabi wearing my wedding bands. Thanks again for all your help Connie!!
