Absolutely shady business practices. They are easily the worst real-estate agency we have ever dealt with. Word of advice: Inspect the property thoroughly and ensure all repairs are completed before signing or moving in.
Had a terrible time trying to make upfront purchase from Rey Vasquez. He tried to extort me for money in the end, after months of following up on the same property listing. I'm very upset that he wouldn't treat me with respect and dignity.
